We make every reasonable effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications and images are accurate.

  • Product availability is subject to supplier stock.

All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.

While we strive for accuracy, pricing errors may occasionally occur. If an incorrect price is displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before dispatch.

5. Orders

Placing an order does not constitute acceptance of that order.

Orders are only accepted once payment has been received and your order has been confirmed by Auto M.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel suspected fraudulent transactions

  • Cancel orders where products become unavailable

If your order is cancelled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

6. Dropshipping

Many products sold on our website are supplied through trusted local and international suppliers.

As a result:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability.

  • Products may be shipped from different warehouses.

  • Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Although we work closely with our suppliers, Auto M remains your point of contact for all customer service, warranty and return enquiries.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only.

Delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Courier delays

  • Customs processing

  • Supplier stock availability

  • Public holidays

  • Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Auto M cannot be held liable for delays outside our control but will always work to keep customers informed.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Nothing contained in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008.

9. Payments

Payments are processed securely through approved payment providers.

Auto M does not store your debit or credit card information.

Orders will only be processed once payment has been successfully received.
