Shipping policy

South African Addresses:
Auto M will ship orders to any address in South Africa, orders will only be processed from our Pretoria Office

Namibia, Neighbouring Countries & International Orders:
For any deliveries outside of South Africa, please contact us directly prior to placing an order to confirm what options and pricing is available to you, if any. Please email all details to info@autom.co.za.

You will be responsible for any duties, taxes or similar fees in your country

Delivery Times:
Most of our products are available in stock thus allowing us to ship orders as soon as payment is completed. An average of 2 to 5 working days is expected to major cities and 8 to 14 working days to rural and outlying areas.

Should a product be out of stock, you will be notified and offered a suitable replacement, an option to wait a few more days or a complete refund.

Shipping costs:
Due to our large range of products, shipping fees vary from item to item. Shipping fee’s will automatically be calculated during the checkout process.

Below is an estimate of shipping fee’s:
*  Smaller orders i.e. interior accessories, exterior accessories, etc. – Shipping Category 01 – starting at R 95.00.

* Medium Sized orders i.e. bootspoilers, grilles, etc –   Shipping Category 02 – starting at R 190.00.

*  Large Size orders i.e. Wings, spoilers, front lips, diffusers, etc. Shipping Category 03 – starting at R 320.00.

*  X Large Size orders i.e. Wings, spoilers, front lips, diffusers, side skirts, etc.
Shipping Category 04 – starting at R 495.00

Note: These are estimate shipping fees, more accurate shipping costs will be calculated in the Checkout process.

Online Store Orders

All online orders are processed from our Pretoria office.  Please allow for a 2 to 5 day processing and delivery time for your order to be picked and shipped.

Online orders must be paid in full before it will be processed and shipped.

Shipping costs will NEVER exceed R 800.00, irrespective of the size or value of order.
