At Auto M (Pty) Ltd, we work with trusted local and international suppliers to deliver quality automotive accessories across South Africa.

Shipping Within South Africa

We deliver to residential and business addresses throughout South Africa using reputable courier partners.

Orders are processed through our Pretoria office and fulfilled by either our local warehouse or trusted dropshipping suppliers, depending on the product ordered.

Order Processing

Once payment has been confirmed, orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days or longer dependent on the courier option selected at checkout.

During peak periods, public holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Major cities: 7–14 business days

  • Regional and outlying areas: 14–21 business days

  • Remote or rural locations: 21–30 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on supplier availability, courier operations, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.

Dropshipping Orders

As a dropshipping retailer, some products are shipped directly from our suppliers.

As a result:

  • Certain products may require additional processing time.

  • Items ordered together may arrive in separate deliveries.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on supplier location and stock availability.

If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer one of the following options:

  • Wait for the item to become available

  • Select an alternative product (where available)

  • Receive a full refund

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and number of items ordered.

These prices are estimates only. Your final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before payment.

International Orders

At this time, international shipping is available only on selected products and by prior arrangement.

If you require delivery outside South Africa, please contact us at info@autom.co.za before placing your order.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email (where available), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
